Amcanion penodol polisi Addysg Cydberthynas a Rhywioldeb Ysgol Gyfun Gŵyr
• Mae’r ddarpariaeth Addysg Cydberthynas a Rhywioldeb yn sicrhau bod ein plant a phobl ifanc yn cael cyfleoedd o ansawdd uchel i ddatblygu eu dealltwriaeth o gydberthynas a rhywioldeb er mwyn eu grymuso â’r ddealltwriaeth a’r sgiliau mae arnyn nhw eu hangen i wneud dewisiadau cadarnhaol, iach, diogel a gwybodus am eu ffordd o fyw.
• Bydd unrhyw gwestiynau sy’n cael eu gofyn gan ein dysgwyr yn cael eu trafod yn sensitif ac yn agored pan yn addas gyda’r cyd-destunau gwahanol, y sefyllfa, yr oedran ac aeddfedrwydd y dysgwr. Bydd yr agweddau hyn hefyd yn cael eu trin pan fyddant yn digwydd o fewn themâu gwahanol.
• Mae hefyd yn sicrhau bod ein plant a phobl ifanc yn profi eu hawliau o dan CCUHP.
• Ceir Addysg Cydberthynas a Rhywioldeb ei chynllunio a'i hintegreiddio fel rhan o'r cwricwlwm cyfan, gyda chydlynu effeithiol i sicrhau dilyniant a chynnydd mewn dysgu ar draws y cyfnodau allweddol. Ystyrir hefyd fel rhan o’r rhaglen fugeiliol lawn sy’n cyfrannu at ethos ysgol gyfan, un sy’n gosod ffocws ar ddatblygiad personol cyflawn drwy osod cynnydd yng ngwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth yr unigolyn o faterion cydberthnasau a rhywioldeb, datblygiad sgiliau a’i hunan-les yn flaenllaw.
• Mae addysg cydberthynas a rhywioldeb yn cyfrannu at hyrwyddo datblygiad ysbrydol, moesol, diwylliannol, meddyliol a chorfforol ein dysgwyr er mwyn eu paratoi am gyfleoedd, cyfrifoldebau a phrofiadau bywyd oedolyn. Ystyrir bod cydberthnasau iach yn elfen hanfodol o sefydlu a chynnal iechyd corfforol, deallusol, cymdeithasol, meddwl ac emosiynol da.
• Mae Addysg Cydberthynas a Rhywioldeb yn archwilio'r ffyrdd rhyng-gysylltiedig y mae amrediad eang ac amrywiol o ddylanwadau yn effeithio ar y gallu i ffurfio a chynnal cydberthnasau cadarnhaol. Mae deall sut mae cydberthnasau yn cael eu ffurfio, yn datblygu ac yn cael eu cynnal yn ein galluogi i ddatblygu'r sgiliau a'r agweddau sy'n ein caniatáu i greu ein cydberthnasau iach ein hunain. Mae'n cefnogi pobl ifanc i ddatblygu'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau angenrheidiol i lywio yn effeithiol y dylanwadau hyn sy'n newid yn gyflym a sefydlu cydberthnasau parchus a diogel drwy gydol eu bywydau.
Ysgol Gyfun Gŵyr Relationships and Sex Education policy
• Our Relationships and Sex Education provision at Ysgol Gyfun Gŵyr ensures that all our children and young people have high quality opportunities to develop their understanding of relationships and sexuality to empower them with the understanding and skills they need to make positive, healthy, safe and informed lifestyle choices.
• Any questions asked by our learners will be discussed sensitively and openly when appropriate with the different contexts, the situation, the age and the maturity of the learner. These aspects will also be dealt with when they occur within different themes.
• It also ensures that our children and young people prove their rights according to UNICEF.
• Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) is designed and integrated as part of the whole curriculum, with effective co-ordination to ensure progression and progression in learning across the key stages. It is also seen as part of the full pastoral programme which contributes to a whole- school ethos, one that places a focus on complete personal development by placing an increase in the individual's knowledge and understanding of relationship and sexuality issues, with skills development and self-interest at the forefront.
• Relationships and sex education, contributes to promoting the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of our learners in order to prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life. Healthy relationships are seen as an essential element in establishing and maintaining good physical, intellectual, social, mental and emotional health.
• Relationships and Sex Education explores the interconnected ways in which a wide and diverse range of influences affect the ability to form and maintain positive relationships. Understanding how relationships are formed, developed and maintained enables us to develop the skills and attitudes that allow us to create our own healthy relationships. It supports young people to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively navigate these rapidly changing influences and establish respectful and safe relationships throughout their lives.
